Playas de la Miseridordia
This beach is a particular favorite of the locals as the
place always bustles with sunbathers, swimmers, joggers
and many more all year round. Come relax on the sandy
stretch of land near the sparkling blue water while
enjoying a cold beer and grilled sardines readily
available from a throng of stalls along the beach.
Playas de las Acacias
This is another favorite beach especially with the young
people who like to come spread their mats on the sand
and soak up the Mediterranean sun. The promenade behind
the beache offers a pleasant and relaxing walk as there
are several stalls as well as restaurants and bars to
while away the time at.
Playa del Chanquete
Named after the tiny fish that once constituted the
daily catch for fishermen in this area but are now
endangered species, this beach is a very popular picnic
spot for the local families. Although you can no longer
sample the flavor of the chanquete fish, there are still
restaurants and snack bars that serve other fresh and
delicious seafood along the beach.
Sea-life
Sea-life offers one of those places where you can dive
into the ocean and explore the submarine world where
over 2,000 marine creatures inhabit the water. The place
also provides windows, demonstrations and presentations
to get you know about these marine lives and the way
they live and eat better.
