Cathedral
Also known as the Cathedral of the Incarnation, this brilliant gothic cathedral was built in 1528 on the location where a Muslim Mosque formerly stood. It was designed to have two towers, but unfortunately the second tower was never completed thus the locals give it an endearning nickname of "La Manquita" (the one-armed one).

Museo Catedralicio
Museo Catedralicio is a must for visitors as it's not only a great work of art that constitutes part of the Cathedral of Malaga, it also boasts a collection that many museums the world over would envy of historically and artistically invaluable paintings and sculptures.

Iglesia de la Salud
The Church of the Holy Christ of Salvation was built in the 17th century which is also a final resting place of Pedro de Mena, the master of baroque imagery. Aside from the church's own splendor, the vicinity of the church is also worth a visit as there are full of interesting buildings and bars serving good tapas.

Iglesia del Sagrario
Built over the site of an ancient mosque and faces Santa Mar?a Street, this church was constructed according to the Papal bull of 1488. Its stately Isabelline Gothic represents the style most prevalent during the reign of the Catholic Monarchs and is certainly one of the best examples of monumental art in Malaga.

Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares
Dating from the 17th century, today the building that has become the museum of the local history proudly houses multitude of objects from the 17th-20th century in its exhibits to give visitors some knowledge about the culture and people in the capital of Costa del Sol.
